At KoRn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn products with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
